WHO FANCIES AN ALL EXPENSES PAID TRIP?

The IFBB has announced the locations of its 2019 amateur world championships.

Because the IFBB is so big, with federations in more than 190 countries (including the UKBFF in the UK), it has separate world championships for men and women as well as for different age groups.

These are highly prestigious events that very few British athletes have ever won. Last year Nick Swann came close by claiming silver at the IFBB Masters World Championships in Spain.

And because these events are the pinnacle of amateur bodybuilding, the UKBFF rewards its athletes by paying their expenses – including the costs of flights and hotels.

So how could you secure a shot at claiming a gold medal with the world's premier bodybuilding and fitness federation – a feat that will be recognised globally and remembered for years to come – without having to pay out a fortune?

The honour awaits winners at the UK Nationals, which is the first event of the 2019 calendar.

The UK Nationals takes place in Bedworth on March 30 and is open to all UKBFF members.

The UKBFF has kept the cost of membership at £125 for four years and £75 for two years, which entitles you to compete at other UKBFF events for years to come.

Winners will also be invited to all expenses paid trips to the IFBB European Championships as well.

Remember – the UK Nationals is a tested event, which means World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) officials will be in Bedworth conducting doping control. There is also random testing at the IFBB European and World Championships.
