The biggest competition of the summer is almost here as athletes get set for this weekend's IFBB English Grand Prix International.
Eleven IFBB Elite Pro cards are up for grabs, along with the chance to win a prestigious international contest and accumulate points towards this year's $300,000 IFBB World Ranking.
The prizes also include seven IFBB personal training courses worth £1,350 each, 27 IFBB nutrition courses worth £450 each and seven overall medals.
The winners will also received champion jackets especially made for this event by Mas Body Development and the female champions will get Lafamilia tops.
The English Grand Prix was first held in 2015 but this year, for the first time, it has been upgraded to an international event, which means international IFBB athletes and judges are flying in to compete at the Hexagon in Reading, Berkshire.
Athletes from Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Kenya, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Paraguay, Poland, Spain and Turkey have already to take part, along with a large UK contingent.
All competitors will receive souvenir T shirts. Eleven trade stands will be present.
Registration takes place at the Premier Inn in Reading on Friday between 3pm and 8pm and it is still possible to enrol then.
Spectator tickets cost just £10 and can be bought on the door or booked here:
