UKBFF TEAM ARRIVES FOR THE ARNOLD!

Some 70 UKBFF athletes are on their way to Spain to join 1,000 other IFBB competitors on stage at this weekend's Arnold Classic Europe.

Arnold Schwarzenegger himself is due to land in Barcelona for the big event, which the IFBB is staging for the eighth year running.

The three-day gathering will include the IFBB Elite Pro show on the Saturday night, featuring Britain's Rasto Valent in men's physique, as well as non-stop amateur bodybuilding.

Besides bodybuilding, the event includes 40 other sports plus a huge expo.

Registration takes place on Thursday, then it's straight into the action at 10am local time on Friday with masters bodybuilding.
