UK TEAM SHINES IN POLAND
Not everyone is aware that if you win the drug tested UK Nationals in April, the UKBFF pay for your flights and hotel to represent the UK at major international events , such as the European and World Championships.

It's a wonderful opportunity to compete around the world against the cream of the world's physique athletes without having to break the bank at events recognised by many National Olympic Committees.
Five UK athletes did precisely that at the IFBB World Fitness Championships, which took place last weekend in Poland.
All five did their country proud and four made the top six in their classes. They were:
Jodie Frazer 5th in wellness over 163 cm
Abdulrahman Aloumi 5th in men's physique up to 179 cm
Lisa-Marie Graham, 5th in bikini fitness up to 169 cm
Maggie Turner 6th in fitness up to 163 cm
Marta Nowicka 14th in bikini fitness up to 172 cm
