ALL SET FOR IFBB WORLD FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS
Five leading UKBFF athletes will represent their country this weekend at the IFBB World Fitness Championships in Poland.
The UK team members booked their places in Bialystok by winning at the UK Nationals this year and have had the cost of their flights and hotels paid for by the UKBFF.
They are: Maggie Turner (fitness), Lisa-Marie Graham (bikini fitness), Marta Nowicka (bikini fitness), Jodie Frazer (wellness) and Abdulrahman Aloumi (men's physique).
This is one of the IFBB's most prestigious amateur events of the year.
It includes 27 classes for women's fitness, men's fitness, bikini fitness, bodyfitness, women's physique, wellness, men's physique, muscular men's physique and mixed pairs.
It is the first in a series of big end-of-season IFBB events, which also includes the World Men's Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and World Men's Physique Championships in Spain from November 9 to 11.
On the professional side, there are World Championships for men and women coming up, each worth $100,000.
Domestically, the only remaining show of 2018 is the Sugar Classic, which takes place on November 18 in Leicester. Invitations for next year's Arnold Classic Africa and the Arnold Classic Europe will be up for grabs!
