Juniors’ categories between 16 to 23 years of age.

An athlete may compete as a junior until the 31st December of the year they become 23 years of age.

For 2024 a junior has to be born between 2001 and 2008.

Master categories – Female Over 35 years -Male Over 40 or 50 years

Females: An athlete may compete as a master from the 1st January of the year they become 35 years of age (for 2024 Born in 1989 or before) 40 years of age (for 2024 Born in 1984 or before).

Males: An athlete may compete as a master from the 1st January of the year they become 40 years of age (for 2024 Born in 1984 or before) 50 years of age (for 2024 Born in 1974 or before) 60 years of age (for 2024 Born in 1964 or before).

Please note: The UKBFF may add more height or weight categories or put two categories together, depending on number of entries. Invitations for other approved master classes and height or weight classes may be given to athletes if agreed by the UKBFF officials present at the event.

All tanning which comes off when you wipe over it, is not permitted under any circumstances. The only tanning company allowed backstage is the official UKBFF tanning team is; ProGlow - Revolution Tanning. You can book your tanning, make-up or hair appointments at
