The Arnold Classic Europe is the most popular bodybuilding and fitness event in Europe.

Around 1,000 competitors flock to Barcelona annually to take part and this year's three-day extravaganza from 20 to 22 September will be no exception.

The majority participate in the amateur event, which is held on two stages, but some top IFBB Elite Pros get to compete in the pro show, which was sold out last year and attended by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The 2019 Arnold, which is also the biggest multi-sport festival held in Europe, is exclusively available to members of the IFBB and its national affiliates, which is the UKBFF in the UK.

So it will add to the excitement at Sunday's show in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, where invitations to this year's British Championships in October will also be available.

It's shaping up to be a busy event: pre-event registrations are up on last year but remember it is possible to enter on the day. You just need to be a UKBFF member, which can also be activated on the day.

Registration is from 9am to 12 noon at Pudsey Civic Hall.

Spectator tickets cost £25 and can be bought on the door. Under-10s can attend for FREE and tickets for 10 to 15-year-olds cost £10.
