UKBFF Education are proud to present the IFBB Specialist Weight Training Course - an intense 2/3 day course that leads to an official IFBB certificate that is recognised in gyms all over the world.

As an affiliated National Federation to the IFBB, we are proud to offer this outstanding program that features lecturers Mauricio de Arruda (Professor in Kinesiology, Brazil) and William Tierney (President of UKBFF), along with many other famous bodybuilding specialists and IFBB pro bodybuilders. This course is designed to help fitness instructors effectively work with clients in all forms of resistance training. Basic anatomy and kinesiology are addressed as well as muscle strength and endurance. This is a hands-on course with weight lifting and spotting techniques for resistance training.
